Please note that we are currently self-pay only, but are actively working to accept medical insurance plans in the near future.
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of your current medications, and any recent lab results, previous skin or patch testing reports, and relevant medical records.
If your visit is for a suspected food or drug reaction, photos of any rashes or reactions are very helpful.
For children, recent vaccination records and growth information are also useful.

Avoid antihistamines for 3–5 days before your appointment, as they can interfere with skin testing.
You may continue nasal sprays, asthma medications, antibiotics, and steroid creams.
Please do not apply moisturizers or topical steroids on areas likely to be tested (forearms, back).
If you have a condition that requires daily antihistamines or oral steroids to control your symptoms, continue taking them — do not stop a medication you need. We can arrange alternative forms of testing after your consultation if needed.

Initial consultations take approximately 30-45 minutes, which may include skin prick testing if indicated. Follow-up appointments are typically shorter.

Make sure you (or your child) are feeling well on the day of the challenge, and avoid antihistamines for 3–5 days beforehand.
Bring entertainment — books, tablet, headphones, or a child's favorite toys — since challenges take several hours. You may need to bring the food being tested; our staff will let you know in advance.
We recommend not bringing siblings; if needed, bring one additional support person.
